We will be closed this Saturday 4/18/15 to travel to Pensacola Fairgrounds to support our teams that are competing in the “Feeding Frenzy.” If you have never been to a CrossFit competition this would be a great chance to see one in full swing. There will be vendors with food and other goodies there too. The competition begins at 10:00 am! Hope to see you there, wear your gym shirt or tank if you have one.
