Monday 2/15/16 is President’s Day!
We will run a reduced class schedule this day with a special workout for you. Beginning at 3:00 pm we will start running “Heats” for the daily workout. Come on in and get warmed up and we will sign you to a “Heat Time” for your workout. The last “Heat” will begin at 5:45 pm.
Gym will be open at 3:00 pm to begin warming up and we will be concluded by 6:00 pm. Come join us for some fun on President’s Day!
We’ve had an extreme interest and many inquiries regarding an exclusive Competitor’s Training class for athletes ready to go the next level and we are proud to say that beginning April 1, 2015 that we will be making changes to our schedule and rates to incorporate that class exclusively for those of you who have been biting at the bit to get it in. Competitor’s training will be Monday – Friday 6:30-8:00 pm and on Saturday’s 11:00 am – 1:00 pm and coached by Randy Malikowski. These time blocks will be reserved specifically for those individuals registered for Competitor’s Training which will encompass specific programming to prepare each of you for the next level, to work on your weaknesses while building your strengths, and to individualize and make programming changes as needed for each athlete specifically. Rates for Competitor’s Training are $185 at normal rates and $165 for discounted rates. All PBCF hours and rates can be found here and our updated class schedule can be found here. This will be an intense program designed to complete the full hour and half of training daily and the two hours on Saturday. There is no three-day-a-week option. Questions as to whether you should move up to Competitor’s Training? Be sure to get with Randy directly and ask as many questions as necessary to ensure that you are ready for this increased, and level of, training.
We are very excited to be getting new athletes at Perdido Bay CrossFit. Please make sure to introduce yourself to them and help them to get to know our awesome community. Some class times are very popular and may begin to fill up so please make sure to make your reservation as soon as you know your schedule. We have opened up the time limit so you can now schedule out five days in advance for classes. Classes are limited to 6 athletes for most days. Please be courteous and only reserve your spot if you are sure you will be at class during that time. If you reserve a space and then do not show up you may be keeping someone else from getting to work out at that time. Athletes that have reserved their spot will have priority over athletes that arrive and have not reserved their spot.
If a class does fill up please consider class times before or after your favorite time that day and meet some new folks. Same great coaching and new friends = great combination.

You can now sign up to reserve your spot for class in advance as we begin to fill up the 5am, 8am, and late afternoon time slots which will notify us to add more slots for that class so that we can ensure that you get the BEST coaching that there is.
