Daily Warm-up (No Measure)

Run 400 meters

Dynamic Stretching

3 X each leg: Spider stretch, Sampson, Hamstring, Air Squat

Skill Work

Push Press

Front Squat

Power clean

No gymnastics so you have adequate time for maxes

Push Press (Work up to 1 RM)

Front Squat (Work up to 1 RM)

Power Clean (Work up to 1 RM)
