Kyra Pelletier

Kyra Pelletier is a CrossFit Level 1  Trainer at Perdido Bay CrossFit.  A native of Watertown, New York, she earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology at Binghamton University in 2001 and her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003.  In 2006 she married her husband Brian, a now-retired US Navy Pilot, and spent the following twelve years moving across the country and around the world.  After having two children and searching for a well-rounded fitness program, Kyra was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 while living in Bahrain and knew she had found what she had been looking for.  Now that Pensacola has become a permanent home, Kyra spends her time volunteering in her children’s school, drinking too much coffee, and developing her skills as a CrossFit athlete and Trainer.  She feels strongly that CrossFit can help improve the quality of life for people from all walks of life, and hopes to spread her love of the community to others.
