Paleo Lecture on January 26th

Please join us for a free Paleo Lecture on January 26, 2019 at the gym. We will meet at 2:00 pm and plan on ending around 4:00 pm. Bring something to drink and snack on during the lecture. We will have handouts and pens for you to take notes.

The new year brings a renewed motivation to clean up the types of foods we eat. You may have goals to lose some inches or gain some inches and the food you eat will be key to getting to these goals.

There is so much information that bombards us that it makes it difficult to understand what really is important. Come listen, come ask questions or come to just hear a different perspective if your current nutritional plan is not working for you.

You are welcome to bring spouse, friend or neighbor! Please add your name to the list at the gym to show your interest.

 

Tropical Storm Gordan has made landfall and we will be cancelling the 5:00 am and 7:00 am classes for 9/4/18. We will make a decision about being open for the remainder of Tuesday’s classes as we see what the storm actually brings in the morning. Thanksgiving Schedule

The holidays are upon us and we hope you get time to be with your family and friends.

We will have some schedule changes coming up:

11/22 – Morning classes only. 5 am, 7, am, 8 am and 11:30 am

11/23 – Happy Thanksgiving

11/24 – Afternoon classes only. 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm.

PBCF 3rd Year Anniversary

We can’t believe that we have had our doors open for 3 years now. We also can’t believe how many incredible people that we have met over that last three years. We want to thank each and every one of the amazing people that have trusted Perdido Bay CrossFit to be their CrossFit gym.

 

From our very first athlete Sherry Vallia, to all of our past athletes and all of our current athletes we say Thank You. If you have been an athlete with us in the past and of course, our current athletes, then please join us this Saturday, September 9, 2017 for our humble celebration. We will have some hors d’oeuvers and refreshments, but please feel free to bring your own hor d’oeuvers and refreshments to share. We have some fun raffle prizes and good conversations to look forward to.
